Warranty Conditions ABL Pulsar

Thank you for purchasing this ABL product. To ensure proper use, we recommend carefully reading the operating instructions before commissioning.

ABL GmbH, Albert-Büttner-Straße 11, 91207 Lauf a. d. Pegnitz, grants a voluntary manufacturer's guarantee in the form of a durability guarantee for the products listed below, in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

1. Subject matter of the Guarantee, Guarantee Terms and Scope

Models:
The guarantee covers the following models:
ABL Pulsar (Article numbers: 100000446, 100000447, 100000496, 100000497, 100000498, 100000499).
For all products not expressly mentioned in these guarantee conditions, and in particular for the ABL Pulsar Pro model, these guarantee conditions do not apply, but exclusively the regulations of the statutory liability for defects.

Prerequisite:
The product was purchased on or after October 1, 2025 (invoice date).

Territorial Scope:
This guarantee applies to products purchased, installed, and operated within Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

2. Guarantee Period and Guarantee Services

The guarantee period is five (5) years and begins on the invoice date of the first purchaser.

If the product exhibits a material or manufacturing defect during the guarantee period, ABL will, at its own discretion and expense, repair the product or replace it with an equivalent new or refurbished product.

ABL bears the costs for replacement or repair in the event of a guarantee claim. Necessary expenses such as removal and installation costs, shipping and transport costs, as well as other consequential costs are not part of this guarantee and will not be reimbursed by ABL, to the extent permitted by law.

This guarantee is only granted if a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase (stating the purchase date, product type, and dealer name) is presented together with the defective product. In addition, the product must have been installed within the territorial scope of the guarantee.

ABL reserves the right to refuse this free guarantee service if the above documents/information are not presented or if the information thereon is incomplete or illegible. In cases not covered by the guarantee and where the defect is due to improper use or negligence by the customer, the customer shall bear all resulting repair costs and associated expenses. Should you fail to inform us immediately upon becoming aware of any defects, you may be charged for the repair costs.

This guarantee does not reimburse or cover damages resulting from adjustments or modifications made to a product without the prior written consent of ABL to adapt it to national or local technical or safety standards that apply in a country other than the one for which the product was originally designed and manufactured. This guarantee is void if the type or serial number on the product has been altered, deleted, removed, or made illegible.

3. Exclusion Criteria

This guarantee does not apply to damage or defects due to:

  • normal wear and tear
  • improper installation, use, or maintenance
  • failure to observe the installation or operating instructions
  • interventions by third parties not authorised by ABL
  • external influences such as overvoltage, lightning, fire, or water
  • changes or adjustments to the product without prior written consent from ABL
  • defects in the overall system into which the product is integrated

4. Claiming the Guarantee

In the event of a guarantee claim, please contact our customer service department.

The process is generally as follows:

  1. Create a service ticket on our website to contact support and request a return number. The ticket should include:
    - serial number
    - item number
    - error description
    - copy of invoice
  2. Review of the request by Support team
  3. Return of the product stating the return number
  4. Technical inspection of the product by Support team

5. Relationship to Statutory Rights (Important Notice)

This guarantee is a voluntary service provided by ABL GmbH as the manufacturer. The buyer's statutory rights in the event of defects against the seller (in particular subsequent performance, withdrawal, price reduction, and compensation for damages) remain unrestricted and are not affected by this guarantee.

6. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from this agreement is Nuremberg.
The General Terms and Conditions of ABL GmbH remain the supplementary basis for all sales.
